Re: [digital-photography] Re: Getting a new Lens

bianca having stated specifically your interest, i don't see that you need to go to a specialty lense. the range in which you're using the macro is sufficient, and depending on the area in which to shoot portraiture, unless you have a studio where you have absolute control over the photo session, the variety in the zoom to cover any possible situation. as a starter, the kit lense that you have will do what you need to do...that's not to say that as you progress you may want to consider not so much the zoom range, but then speicalizing in a specific QUALITY of the lenses to each interest. good luck two k Bianca Valero <biancadv1@hotmail.com> wrote: ALL THE INFORMATION IS GREAT THANK YOU TO EVERY BODY. ABOUT THE TYPE OF MACRO I WHANT TO DO, IS MORE IN THE KIDS PORTRAITS AND FLOWERS. I DON'T GO IN TRIPS OR GET REALY SMALL OBJECTS OR AT VERY LONG DISTANCE, AND I DO A LOT PRODUCT PICTURES FOR MY BUSSINES. I DID SEE A 90 F/2.8 MM LENS FROM TAMRON JUST GOING TO CHECK THE PRICE.
